Welcome to the Jefferson County Fire and Rescue Association!

Located in Jefferson County, West Virginia, the Jefferson County Fire and Rescue Association serves as the primary hub for promoting collaboration and mutual support among the county’s fire and rescue companies. Our main objectives include fostering the standardization of equipment and facilitating mutual aid between these vital organizations.

At the heart of our mission is the coordination and mutual welfare of fire and rescue companies within Jefferson County. We strive to enhance their relationships with the county government, the Jefferson County Emergency Services Agency, and the public at large. By increasing the effectiveness and usefulness of these essential services, we aim to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Moreover, the Jefferson County Fire and Rescue Association maintains a close partnership with the Jefferson County Emergency Services Agency, recognizing each other as governing bodies in their respective areas of expertise. Together, we work towards the common goal of effective administration and operational excellence in fire and rescue services.
